HP Touchsmart with Windows 7

The new HP Touchsmart with Windows 7 is touch screen computer system. HP makes the Touchsmart as a home desktop or a take along laptop computer. Different models will either have the Intel processor or AMD. Here is a bit more about the Touchsmart and how it came to be today.

The Touchsmart was actually the first computer to be launched as a touch screen monitor. This happened all the way back in the year 2007 when Bill Gates announced the introduction to the Touchsmart IQ770 model.

Then today, the newer Touchsmart models made by HP are the 300 and 600 series which were actually released in October of 2009. The 300 was a model intended more as a family based, desktop PC which is very simple to operate and learn how to use. It has introduced voice recognition and other “ahead of its time” abilities that make the newest HP Touchsmart with Windows 7 one of the most futuristic models of computers today.

The Touchsmart 600 is mainly the same computer only it comes stock with a 23-inch monitor whereas the Touchsmart 300 includes a 20-inch monitor. Both models come included with the new Windows 7 operating system of today. The 9100 version uses the brand new Windows 7 Professional that caters more towards the business sector and includes software and hardware programs that will well suit a business.

All in all the HP Touchsmart with Windows 7 is a great computer that will suit families, students and business professionals alike. Its unique touch screen ability makes it one of a kind and very simple and easy to use.
